The following SMS Terms & Conditions govern any text messages sent by SKD Global Inc. (“SKD Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to recipients who have opted in to receive them. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS messages from SKD Global, you agree to the terms below.

SMS Consent Disclosure

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from SKD GLOBAL INC regarding transportation services, load updates, dispatch notifications, appointment reminders, driver recruitment, customer support, and account-related communications.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

02 SMS Consent Communication

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your mobile number is collected for the sole purpose of sending you the operational text messages described below. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes under any circumstances.

03 Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from SKD Global Inc., you may receive messages related to the following:

Internal conversations between the company and our drivers, owner-operators, applicants, and customers, including dispatch coordination, load assignments, pickup and delivery confirmations, status updates, and recruiting follow-ups.
Driver application follow-ups, scheduling of interviews, orientation, drug screens, and DOT physicals.
Operational updates related to active loads, including ETA changes, dock instructions, exceptions, and proof-of-delivery requests.

Example: “Hello, this is SKD Global Dispatch confirming your pickup at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from SKD Global at any time.”

Example: “Hi [Applicant Name], this is SKD Global Recruiting following up on your driver application. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from SKD Global at any time.”

04 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your level of activity with SKD Global. For example, recruiting recipients may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to their application status. Active drivers and customers may receive additional operational messages tied to specific loads, pickups, and deliveries.

Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your driver application or load status.”

05 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally. SKD Global is not responsible for charges assessed by your mobile carrier.

06 Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SKD Global Inc. in any of the following ways:

Verbally, during a phone conversation with our dispatch or recruiting team.
By submitting the driver application form on skdglobalinc.com, which includes a consent acknowledgment to be contacted by SKD Global.
In writing, by responding to a written request, email, or quote form that asks you to confirm SMS consent.

We will only send you SMS messages after you have opted in, and only for the purposes you have agreed to.

07 Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at info@skdglobalinc.com or (815) 676-7777 to request removal from our messaging list. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
